Everything is pre-filled: the amount, the reference number and the merchant's IBAN. All you have to do is validate your transaction from your banking interface.
The merchant receives immediate payment confirmation, enabling him to validate your order instantly*.

Log in with your usual login and password.
Once you have logged in to your account, validate the authorization and Fintecture will process your refund.

Yes, the link you received to receive a refund or remuneration allows you to connect directly from your bank account and communicate your bank details to the merchant's bank in order to receive your refund.
In the e-mail you receive, on the Fintecture pages and on your secure banking area, you will find the reference number of the order concerned and the payment amount.
Once you have validated the transaction in your banking area, you will receive the funds in your account within a few hours (when your bank is eligible to receive an instant transfer).
Check each of your accounts for which you have access (joint account, child account, savings account, etc.).
If, after 3 working days, you still haven't received the funds, contact our teams. To do so, go to the dialogue box at the bottom right of your screen.
