Everything is pre-filled: the amount, the reference number and the merchant's IBAN. All you have to do is validate your transaction from your banking interface.

  1. Select immediate transfer in the payment interface.
  2. Choose your bank.
  3. Log in to your bank with your usual login and password.
  4. Confirm payment.

The merchant receives immediate payment confirmation, enabling him to validate your order instantly*.

Payment by bank transfer with a dedicated IBAN :

The merchant can identify your payment more easily and process your order more quickly.

  1. Select bank transfer in the payment interface.
  2. A unique and personalized IBAN is dedicated to you.
  3. Add a new beneficiary, as for a standard transfer.
  4. You can proceed to payment.

You'll receive a summary by e-mail, and you'll be able to track the status of your payment in real time.

  3. Verify your identity securely: log in to your banking area with your usual login and password for instant verification. OR make a transfer of 0.1 cts. Your identity will be verified on receipt of funds.
  4. Once your identity has been confirmed, your 30-day payment is validated and your order is automatically processed by the merchant.
  5. That's it! You will be debited on D+30.

How do I receive my payment with Fintecture?

In the e-mail you receive, click on the "Finalize refund" button.

Select your bank from the list, and you'll be redirected to your bank's web page or application. Log in using your usual login and password.

Once you have logged in to your account, validate the authorization and Fintecture will process your refund. No sensitive data is collected.

Are you expecting a Fintecture payment?

Are you waiting for a refund or compensation (in the event of a dealer buying back your equipment)? 

The merchant you are in contact with has used our services to make a simple and secure transfer:

  • Everything happens online (no need to visit a sales outlet);
  • You will receive the funds directly into your bank account (immediately or within 24 hours, depending on your bank);
  • No need to transmit your IBAN.

Frequently asked questions

Is the link I received by e-mail or QR Code secure?
Yes, the link you received to receive a refund or remuneration allows you to connect directly to your bank account and communicate your bank details to the merchant's bank in order to receive your refund. 

In the e-mail you receive, on the Fintecture pages and on your secure banking area, you will find the reference number of the order concerned and the payment amount. 

How quickly will I receive my transfer?
Once you have validated the transaction in your banking area, you will receive the funds in your account within a few hours (when your bank is eligible to receive an instant transfer). 

I still haven't received the money in my account.
Check each of your accounts for which you have access (joint account, children's account, savings account, etc.). 

However, if after 3 working days you still have not received the funds, please contact our teams. To do so, go to the dialogue box at the bottom right of your screen.
