    Computer wholesaler for 25 years, Acadia Informatique is a key player in PC integration and gaming. The 60 employees of this family-run company supply resellers, companies, professionals, associations and public authorities with over 5,000 references from the biggest names in the sector. 

    Challenge: Track payments to be more responsive

    When Acadia Informatique overhauled its digital environment (e-commerce site and ERP), marketing and operations manager Julien Chan wanted greater transparency in the payment process to build customer loyalty. 

    The company had no knowledge of baskets abandoned due to payment rejection. It was looking for a tool capable of tracking unsuccessful transactions in order to quantify and remedy them. 

    The new solution was designed to reduce payment processing times, so that orders could be dispatched as quickly as possible. Indeed, for security reasons, Acadia Informatique only prepares orders for new customers once payment has been validated and funds are available. For regular buyers, products are dispatched as soon as the basket has been validated, provided the outstanding balance has not been exceeded. If the amount of outstanding invoices is too high, they must pay a portion before any further deliveries are made.

Customers pay their invoices in just a few clicks, and no longer have to deal with rejected payments, whatever the size of their shopping basket. Convinced by the solution, some have even adopted it for their own business.
