Challenge: Track payments to be more responsive
When Acadia Informatique overhauled its digital environment (e-commerce site and ERP), marketing and operations manager Julien Chan wanted greater transparency in the payment process to build customer loyalty.
The company had no knowledge of baskets abandoned due to payment rejection. It was looking for a tool capable of tracking unsuccessful transactions in order to quantify and remedy them.
The new solution was designed to reduce payment processing times, so that orders could be dispatched as quickly as possible. Indeed, for security reasons, Acadia Informatique only prepares orders for new customers once payment has been validated and funds are available. For regular buyers, products are dispatched as soon as the basket has been validated, provided the outstanding balance has not been exceeded. If the amount of outstanding invoices is too high, they must pay a portion before any further deliveries are made.
We're in a very competitive business. We must always innovate to satisfy our customers' needs. With Fintecture, we can respond immediately to any request.
Solution: Immediate and irrevocable payments
Today, Acadia Informatique uses :
- the Immediate Transfer for orders placed on the online store ;
- visit Payment Request for orders placed by phone or email.
Immediat and the payment request initiate irrevocable payment without delay. As soon as the buyer has validated the transaction from his secure banking space, it appears in the Fintecture interface. Acadia Informatique knows that the funds will be available within 24 hours. Our teams can therefore prepare the order and dispatch it the same day.
Result: More success for customers and autonomy for employees
Visit Payment Request and the Immediate Transfer limit the risk of rejected payments due to exceeded limits or technical errors. Customers pay their invoices in just a few clicks, and no longer have to deal with rejected payments, whatever the size of their shopping basket. Convinced by the solution, some have even adopted it for their own business.
15% increase in average basket
Thanks to Fintecture, Acadia Informatique's sales representatives are autonomous in managing payments. They generate the payment link from the Fintecture interface and send it to their prospects. They no longer need to call on the accounting department to initiate and track bank transfers and payment orders.
