How does an Auchan refund work?

In the e-mail you receive, click on the FINALIZE YOUR REFUND button.

Select your bank from the list, and you'll be redirected to your bank's web page or application. Log in with your usual login details
3.
Once you are logged in to your bank account, validate the authorisation so that Fintecture can carry out your refund

Fintecture is a Banque de France-accredited payment institution (ACPR-17248) which has developed the first French payment solution offering immediate account-to-account transfers. Auchan, a partner of Fintecture, offers you the possibility of a secure refund in just a few minutes.
From your usual banking space, you will transmit your RIB to the bank of your Auchan store in a totally secure space.
This refund solution is totally secure. Indeed, the email you received after sending your refund request file allows you to connect directly from your bank space and to communicate your bank details to the Auchan bank in order to receive your refund.
Fintecture is a partner of Auchan and is a payment institution supervised and authorised by the Banque de France and the ACPR under N°17248.
I do not wish to share my bank details
By clicking on the "Finalize my refund" button, you will be redirected to your usual banking space (banking application or your bank's web page). No sensitive information other than your Rib will be shared with Auchan's bank, in a totally secure environment.
What credentials do I need to use to finalise my claim?
Once you have selected your bank, click on the "Finalize my repayment" button to be redirected to your usual banking area (banking application or your bank's web page).
You'll be able to log in with your usual online banking credentials (the ones you use to connect to your banking application). No sensitive information will be shared, apart from your RIB with the Auchan bank, in a totally secure environment.
The amount shown on my refund file does not match the amount I paid

My bank is not in the proposed list
If your bank is not on the list, you can download your RIB (Pdf, Jpeg or Png format) from the bank selection page.
Simply click on the "Share your IBAN" button below the list of banks.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your refund request has been finalised, you will receive the funds in your bank account within a few minutes and at the latest within 24 hours (depending on your bank).
